No alarm was triggered when the SQLServer Database(s) was offline or unavailable
To reduce this interval,
1. Navigate to Databases dashboard
2. Select the SQL Server agent(s)
3. Click "Settings", then "Administration"
4. On the Administration page, click "Collections"
5. Click on "Databases" under Collection Name
6. Scroll down and click Edit button at the bottom
7. Change the "Offline Frequency" from 14400 to 900 seconds (15 mins)
8. Click "Set"
9. Click "Save Changes"
