Command to run mssql_cli_installer.groovy will only process if the CSV file contains 2 or less records. If more than 2 records are in the file, the command appears to be running, then it looks like it completes, but there is no output file created and no databases are added to Foglight.
The Management Server log shows an error like this:

YYYY-MM-DD HH:NN:SS.000 VERBOSE [http-exec-NNN] script.system:dbwc_mssql_agent20installer.canAddNewAgents - The selected FglAM (fglam-name.example.com) has reached its maximum memory capacity of 2.0 GB. In order to configure the selected agents, an additional 4.3 GB are needed
There are insufficient resources provisioned on the FglAM (Agent Manager) where these agents are attempted to be deployed.
In the example above, JVM heap was short by 4.3 GB.
Make sure the recommended resources and JVM heap settings are provisioned on the target FglAM.
Note: Agent resource requirements differ when they're using PI or not, make sure to pay close attention to the tables in the docs.
