HSTS is not enabled on url https://:port -
Description
- When visiting the url "https://server:port", it would be redirected to "https://server:port/console". We can see the HSTS header for the console after making some changes but still not see the HSTS header for the url "https://server:port".The url would be redirected to "https://server:port/console" then redirected to "https://server:port/console/" then we can see the required header in the third url.
- It's the same when visiting the url "https://server:port/console" directly

This issue was logged as defect FOG-611 and fixed in the 6.1 and higher releases of Foglight.
