Cannot upload a support file to either Quest FTP or support website due to "Source Path Too Long"

Run from Command Prompt

dir /s /b | sort /r /+261 /o out.txt

This is one example: 

C:\Users\user1\Downloads\support_bundle_testttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt\support_bundle_long_testtttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt\Longggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

Try these workarounds:

1. Rename the ZIP file or move the file to a path closer to the root like “C:\temp”

2. If that does not work, you can extract the zip file, identify the directories or files where you need to make shorter the path name, apply the changes. Then ZIP again the support bundle and upload it to either the FTP or case again.
