Some common scenarios faced when trying to connect to Dropbox with Metalogix Essentials for Office 365
1) How to Initiate connection to Dropbox with Metalogix Essentials for Office 365
2) After Metalogix Essentials Office 365 re-opens, how to re-connect to the same Dropbox project.
3) After the connection is made, navigating the contents of Dropbox folders shows the message " No data found " as shown in the screenshot below:

3) Create a new app to allow Essentials to connect to Dropbox (skipped to step 5 if you have done this before):
3.1) Login to Dropbox Developer (Link might update by Dropbox and always refers to dropbox changes) using your Dropbox Team Admin account.
3.2) Go to the My apps section and click Create App
3.3) On the new app creation page, select the following options
3.3.1) Choose an API: Scoped Access3.3.3) Name your app: < enter any name required>
3.3.4) Agree to Dropbox Terms and Conditions by selecting the box next to the prompt, and the Click Create App.
4) When the app is created, it should open the App Settings page. If it does not, go back to the My Apps section and open this newly created app and click on the Settings tab.
5) Obtain the information needed to connect to Dropbox from Essentials:
5.1) Copy the Access Key and Access Secret to a file for safekeeping. You will need to enter these when making a connection to Dropbox from Essentials.
