Managed Metadata Column data not migrating -
Description
When Term Group selected in Term Set Settings is a Site collection Level Term Group the Library level Managed Metadata column is not preserving the Term Set Settings (term bind), this is causing the column values not to migrate.

Resolution
This feature has been requested and our development team is evaluating implementing it in a future release of Essentials for Office 365. -
