Oracle Agents going down intermittently for some reasons loose communication to the central agent. Issue occurs in other environments as well but will use ETEST logs to diagnose
1. Open up the stat.conf file and look for this entry.
stat.central_agent.disconnect_action:terminate # retry|terminate(default)
2. Change terminate to retry so it should look like this:
stat.central_agent.disconnect_action:retry # retry|terminate(default)
3. Save the stat.conf file
5. Bounce the stat oracle agent
