Some of the ways to customize rules are as follows:
SQL Classification Rules - The SQL Classification rules determine whether a SQL statement is classified as Simple SQL, Complex SQL, or Problematic SQL.
Intelligence - Optimization Intelligence settings enables you to either customize all the optimization settings used during optimization or allows you to select the predefined levels for these settings.Please refer to the Quest SQL Optimizer for Oracle online help file for more details.
