The repair with override option gives error "Cannot open object cache for active config" (4300286)

Following error messages are seen when running repair with override option:

sp_ctrl> repair "OWNER"."TABLE_NAME" override

  repair " OWNER "." TABLE_NAME "

   Cannot open object cache for active config

   See the event_log for details

Though the similar errors also show up for repair without override option.

The resolution would be one of the following:

Activate a copy of the currently active config file and the activation object cache will update the Capture object cache so no action is required on the part of the user

OR

Activate a copy of the currently active config file and create the object  cache for Capture for the previous actid from the activation object cache for the newer actid and restart Capture
