When opening RMAD console, a prompt will appear stating files are in use, and a reboot may be required.
After clicking OK, eventually you get a message that backup.mdb is in use or has an exclusive lock.
Verify if there are any ERDisk.exe listed in task manager, if there are, kill these processes before selecting "Retry".
Additionally, make sure no other users may have the RMAD console currently open on the same machine.
Once these are confirmed closed, you can select 'Retry' and it will continue to the console screen.
