The scanner flagged it as an unauthorized 7-Zip application and requested validation on whether the file can be removed, upgraded, or justified.

The file must not be removed or manually upgraded.
7za.exe is required for internal RMAD operations such as:
Backup file creation
Compressed archive handling
Forest Recovery project file operations
The component is:
Installed by the RMAD setup package
Included in Quest’s SDLC and vulnerability scanning processes
Used only by RMAD services (not exposed to end users)
Upgrading the file separately is unsupported.
RMAD can only use the embedded version packaged with the product.
If a newer version of 7-Zip is needed, it will be delivered through a future RMAD product upgrade.
