License warnings appear despite not yet having reached maximum usage -

When you launch the RMAD console, and when you run backups, you are getting an error that states you are using <#> amount of licenses out of <#> seats.
You are still within compliance and do not want to see these warnings so often. -
Causa
This is a new feature in 10.0 which will give license warnings before going over the licensed number of users.
This is 80% of used seats by default. -
Resolución
This can be disabled or tuned as you see fit on a percentage basis.
Modify the following registry settings to change this behavior:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Quest\Recovery Manager for Active Directory\LicenseWarningUsedRatio
HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Quest\Recovery Manager for Active Directory\LicenseWarningUsedRatio
Edit these registry keys, change the type from Hexadecimal to Decimal and enter the percentage of seats you would like these warnings to begin appearing.
Set the value to 100 to emulate the behavior of previous versions of RMAD.
