Error: "The item /Recovery Manager for Active Directory Reports/en/ReportName cannot be found. (rsItemNotFound)" -
Descripción
When running the Online Restore Wizard you may receive an error similar to the following when trying to generate a report when RMAD is configured to use SQL Server Reporting Services for reporting:
"The item /Recovery Manager for Active Directory Reports/en/ReportName cannot be found. (rsItemNotFound)"

Causa
This issue can occur if the reports did not get properly copied to the SSRS server during the initial installation of the Reports component. In some cases, the installation is not capable of copying the .rdlc files from the RMAD server to the the SSRS server and rename them. -
Resolución
WORKAROUND:
- Confirm that the report files do not exist on the SSRS server under Home | Recovery Manager for Active Directory Reports | en
- Backup all of the rdlc files found in the following directory on the RMAD server:
- <InstallDirectory>\Program Files\Dell\Recovery Manager for Active Directory Forest Edition\RMADReports\BRReportsViewer\ReportsDefinitions\en - Rename the extension of the .rdlc file to .rdl
- Open an elevated command prompt
- Change to the following directory:
- <InstallDirectory>\Program Files\Dell\Recovery Manager for Active Directory Forest Edition\RMADReports\BRReportsViewer - Run the following command:
- C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\InstallUtil.exe /LogFile="" /LogToConsole=true SSRServiceUtils.dll - Confirm the reports now exist on the SSRS server
