ODMAD: Read objects are missing attributes despite them being present. For example: reading Entra-joined device from the cloud environment may miss samAccountName or DeviceID. Same from the on-prem environments.
When checking environment Settings, Used Attributes, necessary attributes are missing in that table.
Absence of default templates during environment's addition
To resolve the issue, environment should be removed and re-added back. Unfortunately, that requires deletion of all workflows, that involve the affected environment. Once all its related workflows are deleted, environment can be deleted as well.
Now, before adding environments back, please go to menu, Templates and create a new default template, using the same type as an affected environment. For example, for on-prem environments, create Local to Local template. For cloud, it'll be Cloud to Cloud. Follow the creation wizard, keeping all defaults.
Once the default template is created, please add the environment back. Then check in its Settings, Used Attributes, that missing attributes are in the list.
Next, re-create all necessary workflows.
