Causa
El plug-in para Vmware que usa VDDK API para imaginar los respaldos y restauraciones. Para diagnosticar errores encontrados puede seguir estos pasos: -
Resolución
To generate VDDK logs1 Open the vmware.cfg file in any text editor. You can find this file in <NetVault Backup home>\config on Windows and <NetVault Backup home>/config on Linux.2 Set the value for the following entry to “True”:[Custom:GenerateVddkLogsOnDisk]Value = TrueBy default, this value is set to False, and must be left so unless requested by Technical Support.3 Retry the operation with the new setting. This will generate VDDK log files entitled vixDiskLib*.log in the following directories:• Windows – <SYSTEMDRIVE>\WINDOWS\Temp\vmware-SYSTEM or "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\2\vmware-<username>"• Linux – /tmp/vmware-root4 After capturing the logs, reset [Custom:GenerateVddkLogsOnDisk] to False.
