Mailbox synchronization is failing and the MAgE.log file shows the following error:
Error Dell.MigrationManagerForExchange.Shared.Heart.MigrationManagerException: FolderInfo is not found in database.
1. Delete the target mailbox which is failing to sync from the target Exchange server. (This will also delete the associated AD account for the user in the target)
2. Run directory Re-synchronization to re-create and mail enable the target account
3. Run a full mailbox Re-synchronization for the target account
UPDATE: This issue has now been resolved in update 20180518EX for 8.14. Note: It was found out tentatively that resynchronizing mailboxes in a collection with -ClearAllSyncDataOnResync parameter set to $true normally helps to resolve this issue without the need to delete the target mailbox.
