When leveraging the Switch Mailboxes Automatically On Schedule feature within a Mage collection, what timezone is used? -
Causa
Since the Agents, Console and exchange environments could all possibly be on separate time zones, The time that is specified is in UTC Coordinated Universal time. The Mage agent logs are also stamped in UTC Coordinated Universal time. -
Resolución
To ensure that the Automatic Switches occur at the prescribed time, make sure that you are setting the configuration to reflect UTC time and not local console or agent time.
