Error received in the DSA.log file and the DSA event log during a synchronization session, or migration session:
"Cannot initialize Migration Agent on host (Hostname) Errorcode Class Not Registered."
Please note that the error codes are ambiguous if the text error is Class Not Registered
This can occur if the associated DLL's are not registered properly.
Another possible cause is the rights granted to the computer.
Alternatively, the issue may be caused by communication issues/firewall between DSA machine and specified host (DC)
Before troubleshooting DC issues, please make sure that there are no firewalls or other networking issues between DSA machine and DC.
Then, ensure that the following is true on the target domain controller.
-Ensure that the Aelita Migration Agent service on the target Domain Controller is set to local system
-DCOM is enabled on the target Domain Controller (After enabling DCOM, the machine will require a reboot)
-Ensure the QMM service account is a member of the built-in administrators group on the target Domain Controller.
If all of these are met, please validate by running the following to ensure that the Directory Synchronization/Migration Agent (DSA) DLL's are registered (This will automatically register all components required by the DSA. Please note this has to be done on the computer where you have installed the DSA. To check this, please launch the Agent Manager within the QMM-AD Project Manager.
