When the automatic job LiteSpeedCentral Activity cleanup job runs, it fails with the following error:
The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_LitespeedActivity_LitespeedDatabase". The conflict occurred in database "LiteSpeedCentral", table "dbo.LitespeedActivity". [SQLSTATE 23000] (Error 547) The statement has been terminated. [SQLSTATE 01000] (Error 3621). The step failed. -
Causa
A reference value in either of the tables of the LiteSpeed Central database is corrupted and the cleanup process cannot run completely. -
Resolución
- Remote into the server where the LiteSpeed Central database resides.
- Go to Start menu - Quest Software - LiteSpeed Instance configuration.
- Go over the process of deploying the instance configuration with the default or existing values.
