Error when running LiteSpeed activities:

"Cannot load the DLL xpSLS.dll, or one of the DLLs it references. Reason: 126 (The specified module could not be found.)."

The xpSLS.dll file is missing or the extended store procedure is pointed to an incorrect path.

Check the Microsoft SQL Server Binn directory: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\Binn".

Make sure the following DLLs and EXE reside in the Binn directory:

XpSLS.dll
xpLogShipping.dll
xpSLSImportStats.dll
slssqlmaint.exe

If you are in a cluster enviroment or have more than one instance in the server, make sure the above files are sitting in all BINN directories of SQL Server Instances. Perform a failover to each node of a cluster, and run Instance Configuration to reinstall the LiteSpeed Engine individually to replace the missing file(s).
