Automated restore is a subset of Steps. based inScanning: Step to identify the Candidate files for RestoreRestoring: Once the files have been identified the restore process starts applying the files CandidatesIf any application reconnect to the Database during the Scanning Step the Exclusived mode is lost and the Restore Files (Exclusive mode is a must for SQL Server Restore) -
Resolución
WORAKOUND
Add 2 scripts to your Automated restore Job
1. Kill all Session to the DB
2. Lock access to the DB via an Alter to set the DB Offline or Single User
