When attempting to reset the password via the vWorkspace web access the following error message is generated.
"Connection Failed (12175)"
The SSL certificate installed on the password reset server does not have an exact matching "Issued To" and "Friendly Name" under the certificate properties.
In order to resolve this particular issue login to the server were the password reset role is installed and verify that the "Issued To" and "Friendly Name" for the certificate match exactly by accessing the properties of the certificate in the Microsoft Management console. If the names do not match please modify them to match and restart the Quest Password Management Service.
