How to create an external table with Toad for Oracle. -
Resolución
To create an external table, you must be connecting to at least an Oracle 9i database with a 9i client.
Go to Create | Table (or Database | Create | Table in Toad 9.0 ) Enter a table name, select a schema, then select the option "External."
