Exchange agent is unable to collect data as desired.
Below errors were seen in the agent logs.
Wrong credentials were used during the agent set up which caused the issue.
Please check if the credentials are configured correctly:
Go to "Administration | Credentials"
Click on "Manage Credentials"
Find the needed credential and click on the "Edit" icon and check the following:

If the above steps do not help, please drop the agent and re-create it. This step will create a new credential as well.
