Distinguish between agent connecting externally (outside the firewall) and those connecting internally (4282311)

Need to identify agents that are connecting from outside of my domain

The SMA on version 11.0 will provide an additional data field that will report if the agent Is communicating from inside the domain (internally) or outside of the domain (externally)

Note: for this option to work, agents outside of the domain will need to be forwarded from the firewall to the SMA via port 52230. Agents on version 11 will communicate exclusively on port 443.

On the Devices page:

1. Login to the admin portal
2. Go to Inventory|devices
3. Click on Advance Search or Smart Label
4. From the drop down select External Agent
   1. External Agent is False = agents communicating from inside the domain
   2. External Agent is True = agents communicating from outside of the domain

On the Quarantine page:

1. Login to the admin portal
2. Go to Inventory|Quarantine
3. Click on Advance Search
4. From the drop down select External Zone
   1. External Zone is False = agents communicating from inside the domain
   2. External Zone is True = agents communicating from outside of the domain

Alternatively, the column Zone can be added on the Quarantine list view, click on the Cog|Column visibility add Zone
