The following error my be logged in the DA install log:
"An error occurred while attempting to install the Directory Analyzer agent on to Domain Controller <DCName>. The account name is invalid or does not exist, or the password is invalid for the account name specified"
Confirm that the account and password are correct and has Admin rights on the Domain Controller.
Check to see if the agent was installed on the DC and that the service is running as the proper account. If not try changing the account and restart the service.
If the agent was installed, use the DA Agent Configurator to test the connections:
