When working in Data Compare, after setting the tables, one of the windows in the compare wizard will give a list of columns to select for comparison. It will be marked with (x) if a columns is of a type that cannot be compared.
Not supported: bfile, long, long raw, xmltype, user defined types, arrays, cursors, nested tables, blob, clob, nclob.
