Causa
Cisco and Juniper switches need added next-server command line. -
Resolución
Make sure to use ascii options not IP.
Example:Lets say 10.0.0.10 is your K2000 (or your RSA for remote sites)
then set your cisco hdcp pool options like:next-server 10.0.0.10
option 66 ascii 10.0.0.10
option 244 ascii 10.0.0.10
option 67 ascii k2000.0
For Juniper SRX there is same setting, which is required and used with command:
set next server address to 10.0.0.10 *put in your K2000 server address
