When trying to access the Desktop Authority manager console the following error message is received.
Business logic error: The transaction log for database 'DAConfiguration' is full. To Find out why space in the log cannot be reused, see the log_reuse_wait_desc column in sys. databases.
This error is related to the SQL log for Desktop Authority not having enough free hard drive space on the server where the SQL database is located in order to write to the file.
In order to correct this issue, clear space on the hard drive where the DAConfiguration database is stored. Once there is sufficient space on the hard drive for the log file, access to the Manager Console will be available.
