To be able to apply settings to customize Outlook accounts through the use of variables to automate the deployment of user accounts in the Android and iOS phone application.
From the KACE Cloud appliance interface, click on Libraries, click on the icon "apps" search and click on Microsoft Outlook app, and click on the edit button, select then "create new settings".
You will be able to use or not variables according to your needs:
To configure Outlook for use with Office 365, use the following settings:
To configure Outlook for use with an on-premises Exchange server, use the following settings:
Settings Name: Descriptive name for settings. For example, Marketing, Sales, etc.
Account Display Name: This value specifies the display name email account as it will appear to users on their devices.
Email Address: This value specifies the email address used for sending and receiving mail.
User Logon Name: This value specifies the User Principal Name for the email profile that will be used to authenticate the account.
Server Name (only for Exchange): This value specifies the hostname of your Exchange server.
Account Domain (only for Exchange, optional): This value specifies the user's account domain.
Authentication method (only for Exchange): This value specifies the authentication method for the user.
Allowed accounts only: This value specifies whether the organization-allowed account mode is active.
UPN: This value specifies the User Principal Name account allowed to open data from managed apps.
