After gathering from Oracle using Oracle datasource you may see empty reports even though the events are present

Resolución
Make sure that the datasource contains keyword Oracle. Please follow this procedure
a. Open Intrust Manager
b. Expand Configuration.
c. Click on Datasources
d. Right click on Oracle data source and select properties
e. Click Connection String tab. On this tab please make sure that Log Name property contains keyword Oracle.
