Alarm history retrieval error (4333185)

When trying to retrieve the history for an alarm by selecting the URL in the email there is no history to show for the client and an error is displayed.

The following is the error displayed in the Alarms Dashboard when trying to retrieve the alarm via the URL link in the Email.:
