If you use scripts to configure the same subscription's cost metrics are monitored by multiple agents, the cost metrics might be collected repeatedly.
Workaround: Perform either of the following:

Use the Configure Subscription Cost to Monitor option in the Edit Agent Properties dialog box to configure the monitored cost metrics.
Or

Check your scripts and ensure that the cost metrics of any subscription are monitored by one agent only.

Foglight Hybrid Cloud Manager can be installed on the Foglight Management Server versions listed in the Compatibility of this hotfix section.
To install or upgrade Foglight Hybrid Cloud Manage on Foglight for Virtualization, Enterprise Edition 8.9.3 or Foglight Evolve 9.3
- Download the following packages from Quest Support Portal:
- Foglight Hybrid Cloud Manager Azure cartridge version 1.9.1 (which includes Azure-1.9.1.car cartridge file)
- On the Cartridge Inventory dashboard, install the following cartridge files. The sequence of cartridge installation is important because of their dependencies:
- Azure-1.9.1.car
Update the Agent to the latest version.
- On the Navigation panel, under Homes, click Cloud Manager > Azure > Administration in the actions bar.
- Update the agent package to the latest version.
Verifying successful completion
To determine if this hotfix is installed:
Ensure that the agent version of Foglight Hybrid Cloud Manager for Azure is 1.9.1.
If you encounter issues with the installation, see the full installation instructions for the product.
Removing this hotfix
Once installed, this hotfix cannot be removed.
