A security vulnerability is a flaw or weakness in the design, implementation, operation or management or a product or service that could be exploited to violate the system's security policy. To protect businesses and organizations worldwide, it is critical that the broader community of IT and security professionals report potential vulnerabilities as soon as they are recognized. This allows industry experts to take appropriate action to resolve any vulnerability that is discovered.

To report a Security Vulnerability to Quest please open a Web Service Request (SR) by visiting https://support.quest.com/contact-support and selecting Technical Service Request > Submit Request

Please be sure to include as much of the following information as possible.
- A detailed description of the potential vulnerability
- Supporting technical details (e.g. system configuration, traces, description of exploit/attack code, sample packet capture, proof of concept, steps to reproduce the issue)
- Information on known exploits
