When updating the e-mail recipients list using the webGUI or the CLI the list does not update correctly and shows additional recipients
There are three known causes:
Verify the issue by logging on to the webGUI and navigate to System Configuration | Users
In this list there should be all users on the system and it is possible to see what e-mail addresses they have assigned.
After checking this list, navigate to Recipients and verify the users in that list.
In the CLI use the commands:
alerts --show --email
If the information does not match further investigation is needed, please generate a Basic log and contact Quest support
