When the user is pre-staged in Exchange, other Exchange users performing a Free Busy lookup only see data from their Exchange mailbox and not the Domino mailbox.
This is by design.
To ensure Free Busy requests leave Exchange and via CMN into Domino, the user should only be mailbox enabled when their mailbox will be migrated.
Note: Once a Contact within Active Directory is turned into a mailbox enabled object, it has a mailbox and with a mailbox, Exchange Free Busy requests stay within Exchange.
