In some environments especially Office365 with the Microsoft DirSync agent in place, Active Directory user security objects may have the mail attribute populated already.
When Domino user objects sync to ActiveDirectory as contacts with internal routing information added in CMN GUI, you may have mail attribute of the mail-enabled contacts are matching the ActiveDirectory user security objects' mail attribute.
Microsoft DirSync agent may see the contact as a duplicate and may not sync.
Is there a way to change CMN behavior by using a script?
