Agent dll cannot be loaded
The Change Auditor Agent log or the Windows Event log show that one or more DLL-files pertaining to Change Auditor Agent cannot be loaded by Windows
DLL-files are effectively Portable-Executables
Check your Anti-Malware software for blocks. In some cases the block actions were not visible in the local Anti-Malware Software log, these messages are then available on the product console.
In some rare cases it can happen that the local system requires an update of the system's certificates to enable the system to verify the file identity. This should happen through Windows-Updates automatically.
Considerations for white-listing:
1) By hash ==> Some Anti-Malware solutions allow whitelisting by hash. Since the incriminated DLL and it's hash are known to the system, whitelist the associated hash(es)
2) By file-name ==> Not recommended for security reasons but practical for testing. Attackers could spoof the file-name to circumvent system protection.
3) By folder ==> Not recommended at all, as Malware could reside in a white-listed folder. Practical for testing though. Not a permanent solution.
