Archive Manager Service Account Password Compromised -
Descripción
Following a password reset, Archive Manager services and website pool fail authentication and stop functioning.

Causa
Configuration Console, service logons, and IIS pool identity still reference the old password.

Resolución
- Open Archive Manager Configuration Console → Database → SQL Connection → update the connection string password → Save.
- In the same console’s Accounts section, edit each service account (Archive Manager Service, Archive Manager ESM and Archive Manager Journal) with the new password → Save.
- In IIS Manager → Application Pools → right-click Archive Manager pool → Advanced Settings → Identity → update to new credentials → Recycle.
- In Services.msc, restart all Archive Manager services to confirm they start successfully.
