When trying to access any attachment files using the New Portal, the following error is thrown:![[500] Method not found...](https://prod-support-images-cfm.s3.amazonaws.com/KB_1-5AVMU8C_[500]%20Method%20not%20found.jpg)
When attempted in Old website, the same attachment files (from the same message) could be opened and saved without issue.
