The Dataloader service is failing to connect to the journal mailbox or the Exchange Store Manager Service cannot process mailboxes and the following error is logged in the DL \ mailbox wlogs.
Resolution 1:
Check the Dataloader logs. The default location is "C:\Dell\ArchiveManager\DL\xxxxxxxx" where xxxxxxxx is YYYYMMDD or a failing mailbox log using this solution.
Find the line containing "Autodiscover response is:" which will look like this.
00:02:12 ProxyAuthScheme=NTLM
Verify that the server listed as the ProxyServer is the correct server.
If you get a certificate error this is the incorrect proxy server.
To override this setting open the Configuration Console | Advanced Settings
Check for the setting "Autodiscover Override Settings" and if it exists correct the value to the correct server name or if it does not exist click add and add the following Config Property:
Autodiscover Override Settings
Set its value to the following where "mail.domain.com" is the correct server name.
ProxyAuthScheme=NTLM;ProxyServer=mail.domain.com
Restart the "Archive Manager Data Load Service"
Check the DL log again to verify its now connecting to the correct server.
