Saving configuration was not successful' message is displayed when trying to include/exclude local login (4305635)

When trying to change the configuration for server-level and database-level operations (while the problematic logins remained selected in the filter), an exception  'System.DirectoryServices.AccountManagement.PrincipalServerDownException' is logged.

WORKAROUND

Define an advanced filter which will include/exclude the local logins based on the text they contain, for example it would be Login name “contains/does not contain” local-instance-name\login-name
