What is the process for downloading and applying the latest Maintenance Release Update for Active Administrator

NOTE: This hotfix depends on having Active Administrator in version 8.6.2 or later, if you have an earlier version, please upgrade to at least 8.6.2 and then download and apply 8.7.2.25 Maintenance Update 2. Also, please keep in mind that maintenance updates are cumulative, meaning installing the latest one will include all Resolved issues from the previous ones.
