After delete er360 and reinitialize er360, the index search does not work anymore -
Cause
This is due to index corruption as indicated in er360 log:
Failed to complete request: org.apache.lucene.index.CorruptIndexException: Unexpected file read error while reading index. (resource=BufferedChecksumIndexInput(MMapIndexInput(path="C:\Windows\System32\indexes\erwin_portal_idx\modelmart\segments_255"))) -
Resolution
Delete all information under C:\Windows\System32\indexes
Reindex models under Setting index metadata and search. It should clean up all corrupted index and start a clean search
