Import from Salesforce, some of the attributes are missing -
Description
We use erwin DM import from Salesforce, the import is successful but some of the attributes are missing -
Cause
this is due to Salesforce setting -
Resolution
This is due to a setting in Salesforce database, on attributes properties, you can set the attributes are visible or invisible. If the check box of Visible is uncheck, those attributes will not be able to brought back to erwin DM
Please check Visual properties on attribute level
