Only on the mart server host machine erwin DM cannot connect to the mart: The client application version is different from the Mart Server version.
Resolution

Solution:

Please change your web browser settings:
1. Open Internet Explorer (or similar browser)
2. Click on internet options.
3. Go to the Security Tab.
4. Make the security level low.
5. Click on sites.
6. Add http://machine-name:18170/MartAdmin/

or

http://ip address:18170/MartAdmin/

NOTE: you may have to check off Require server verification (https) for all sites in this zone
