erwin DM - Licensing error -- Code: 1152, Status 0 -
Description
One of the users can not login to erwin DM on a VM, but other users can. The user is getting the following error message.

Cause
It is most likely because this user is trying to connect using the Account Based Licensing option which is not yet setup for their company. -
Resolution
To resolve this the User will need to navigate to the license folder located at:C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\erwinDMLicensingThey will need to follow the steps below:1. Delete any files in this folder and then restart the machine2. Once restarted open erwin Data modeler3. Select the License Key option4. Fill in the 18 character license code, their email and the company name and then click OKThis should then give them access to the application.
