Fixes:

The application cannot be installed if any version of SQL Server Management Studio is running, even though the application is not integrated in it.
The application cannot be installed if any version of Visual Studio is running, even though the application is not integrated in it.
The application cannot be uninstalled if any version of SQL Server Management Studio is running, even though the application is not integrated in it.

The Connection window can't be shown in SQL Server Management Studio 18 after integrating in it.
Decrypt object right-click command in Object Explorer of SQL Server Management Studio is not working.
The application's add-in is integrated in SQL Server Management Studio when installed via ApexSQL Installer.
