Fixes:
- All SQL Server Management Studio and Visual Studio versions are checked by default in the integration step of the application installation wizard.
- The uninstall confirmation message box appears is shown when the /verysilent and /suppressmsgboxes switches are used.
- The application cannot be integrated into any SQL Server Management Studio or Visual Studio version when the silent installation is initiated through CLI switches.
