If the credentials being used is the administrator account and is a member of the BTDirsyncPro group. then something was corrupted or malformed during the upgrade process
Uninstall and reinstall the Dirsync product
Make a back up of SQL db
Uninstall our product
Reboot
Install the new version
Select the existing SQL database so you are not starting from scratch and all licenses and user syncs will be in place
Reboot
Open the console and confirm there are multiple credential prompts
Contact support if this does not resolve the issue.
